Progress and Perspective, part 7

Our see-through roof on December 17, 2008:

Our completed roof with insulated ceiling, December 13, 2009:

Crookedness is all me, not the house.

In the first shot, I'm standing on the first floor looking up through the non-existent first floor ceiling through the non-existent second-floor ceiling and out to the great beyond.  In the second shot, I'm standing on the second floor looking at the roasty-toasty insulated ceiling.   *sigh*    Merry Christmas to Anne and to Anne a good night!

How's it feel in there? Seems like you must be at least using a little construction heater when you're working? Wow - such progress in such a short time. Hope you're taking a break! Happy Week, Merry Yule, and best wishes for a lovely Christmas!

@smallpines - I wanted to post a picture of the jerry-rigged wood stove in the basement, but Bob said it would scandalize my vast, cosmopolitan audience. So, yes, it's plenty warm in the house for Bob to truck along with the insulating! He'll not be working on Christmas day, but I think he'll probably be building again on Boxing Day.
