Tales from the Sugar Shack
Since there was no school today, The Boy spent the day at the lake helping do the sugaring. He's not too into the hauling of sap buckets, but he loves tending the evaporator. He could be heard this evening trying to explain all the steps to his 4 yr old sister, who was only interested in warming her toes and hands.

Have you considered any skin care benefits of exposing one's face to the maple steam? Think about it. Not that the Hubs face looks any different.
