We're not actually building a log house. Apparently, we're building a log picnic pavillion and campfire location.
Don't get me wrong: I love picnics and campfires -- and this picture shows a particularly lovely evening with a handful of friends from church -- but I'd love to actually be living there AND hosting said picnics and campfires! *sigh* I'm getting impatient again, aren't I? Guess it's time for more Progress and Perspective.

Oh Anne, I am on the floor laughing! For almost a year I was convinced our location was just a wonderful woodland place to pitch our tent!!!
Just think how happy you will be when you finally see it as your home!
